1. Click on ‘Log in now’

Are you already a Strecker customer? Then click on the ‘Log in now’ button, as shown in the example image.

2. Reset password

After clicking, a login window will appear. If you have already reset your password since the relaunch of the web shop, you can log in directly here.
If you have not yet assigned a new password since the relaunch, please click on ‘forgot password’ as shown in example image 2.

3. Assign a new password

In the next step, another window will open. Enter the email address you have used to log in to our online shop. Then click on ‘Request login details’.
You will receive an email with further instructions on how to set a new password.
